2. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings must be confirmed in advance via call, WhatsApp, or email.
- Booking is considered confirmed only after agreement on pricing and schedule.
- Customers must provide accurate details about items and locations.
3. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are agreed before service execution.
- Additional charges may apply for extra items, delays, or special handling.
- Payment must be made upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure access to pickup and delivery locations.
- Inform about fragile or valuable items in advance.
- Secure personal valuables, documents, and cash separately.
5. Liability
- We take maximum care in handling goods.
- We are not responsible for damages caused by:
- Improper packing of self-packed items
- Pre-existing damage
- Force majeure (accidents, weather, etc.)
6. Delays
While we strive for timely service, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. We will inform customers in case of any delays.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Bookings can be cancelled prior to service.
- Last-minute cancellations may incur charges.
8. Service Coverage
We provide services across all Emirates including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.
