Our business provides transport, packing, and relocation services. As these are service-based offerings, traditional “returns” do not apply once the service has been completed.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
- Service was not delivered as agreed
- Booking was cancelled in advance (as per cancellation policy)
- Duplicate or incorrect payment was made
3. Non-Refundable Situations

- Service has been completed successfully
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, or external factors
- Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer
- Last-minute cancellations without prior notice

5. Damages & Claims

- Claims must be reported immediately after service completion
- Assessment will be conducted before any compensation decision
